RETURNS:

How to return an item in the UAE

All items can be returned except for sale items which are considered final sale. Simply send an email to business@jivaterra.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Our Customer Care representative will arrange collection of the item(s) you wish to return.

We will email you as soon as we receive your item(s). Refunds will only be processed after completing the Return Process and item(s) returned have been approved.

All refunds will be issued as coupon codes, which will be valid for 6 months. This will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.

International Returns

All items can be returned except for sale items which are considered final sale. Simply send an email to business@jivaterra.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our Customer Care representative will book DHL/Fedex to arrange a free collection from you. You will then receive DHL booking reference which you will need to print and present to the DHL representative.

Sale items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

We will email you as soon as your item(s). Refunds will only be processed after completing the Return Process and item(s) returned have been approved.

For international order refunds, PayPal fees will be excluded from the refunded amount.
In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit to the customer we will reimburse the customer for any Shipping and Duty costs that have been incurred.

Exchanges In Detail

All items can be exchanged for size and color except for sale items which are considered final sale. All items may be exchanged by requesting Customer Care within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to exchange an item in the UAE

Simply send us an email at business@jivaterra.com requesting an exchange and we will arrange a free collection as well as delivery of your exchange item.

International Exchanges

Send an email to business@jivaterra.com  requesting an exchange.
Please provide all exchange product information as part of the email.
Same Returns procedures will be applied. We will then process your new order and provide you with all relevant documentation in the new shipment.
Our Care representative will email as soon as your item(s) have been received, your return is in process and your exchange is being shipped.
Please note that all product exchanges are subject to shipping and customs duties.
