Shipping is FREE to Indonesia and UAE

Shipping to Worldwide countries is at a fixed fee of USD 50

We process and ship all our orders 3 days a week, with the exception of Saturdays & Sundays and UAE Public Holidays.

If you ordered a product that needs to be shipped from our Indonesian Warehouse (back order) , please emails us on info@demureandco.com

Same day delivery is available for Indonesia customer only with the exception of Saturdays & Sundays and UAE Public Holidays; all orders must be received by 12pm to secure this service.

Exchanges

All items can be exchanged for size and color except for sale items which are considered final sale. All items may be exchanged by requesting Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to exchange an item

Simply send us an email at info@demureandco.com requesting an exchange and we will arrange a delivery of your exchange item. (Shipping costs are borne by the buyer)

Returns Policy

How to Return an Item in Indonesia

At Demure & Co, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please note that all items can be returned, except for sale items, which are considered final sale. To initiate the return process, simply send an email to info@demureandco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our Customer Care representative will facilitate the collection of the item(s) you wish to return at no extra cost to you.

As soon as we receive your item(s), you will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the return’s status. Refunds will be processed only after the Return Process is completed, and the item(s) returned have been inspected and approved for a refund.

Refunds will be issued as coupon codes that are valid for 6 months and can be used on any future purchase. Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, with the exception of faulty items, as these charges help cover the costs associated with our collection service.

International Returns

For customers outside of Indonesia, you can return items (excluding sale items) by emailing info@demureandco.com within 7 days of receipt. Our Customer Care team will arrange for a DHL/FedEx pickup at no cost. After requesting your return, you will receive a DHL booking reference that must be printed and presented to the courier upon collection.

Refunds for international orders will likewise be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item(s). As previously mentioned, refunds will be issued as coupon codes valid for 6 months, excluding shipping costs (except for faulty items) and PayPal fees from the refunded amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged during transit, we commit to reimbursing any shipping or duty costs incurred.

Exchanges Policy

Exchanges in Indonesia

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order, except for sale items. To begin the exchange process, simply email us at indo@demureandco.com. We will arrange for a free collection of the item you wish to exchange, and our team will ensure that the new item is delivered to you promptly.

Our top priority is to ensure a seamless exchange experience. We aim to make exchanges as smooth as possible, providing personalized assistance every step of the way.

International Exchanges

For international customers requesting exchanges, please contact us at info@demureandco.com. Include all necessary product information in your email. The same return procedures will apply, and once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your new order. You will receive all relevant documentation for the new shipment.

Our Customer Care representative will notify you via email once your item(s) have been received and your return is in process, as well as when your exchange item is being shipped. Please remember that shipping and customs duties may apply to exchanges, and we encourage you to check your local regulations for any additional costs.

Additional Terms for Returns and Exchanges

To ensure a smooth returns and exchanges process, we ask that all returned items be in their original condition. This means that items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or damage. All original tags and packaging should be included. Items that do not meet these criteria may be subject to refusal upon inspection.

Please be aware that certain promotional items or limited-edition products may have specific return policies outlined at the time of purchase. It’s important to review these terms to avoid any confusion later. We strive to provide clear communication regarding any exceptions to our standard policy, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions.

In cases of items received in faulty condition or if the wrong item was sent, we will take full responsibility for the return shipping costs. Customers should report these issues immediately upon receipt to ensure a prompt resolution. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction, and we will prioritize addressing any errors or faults.

Lastly, we recommend keeping a record of your return shipment tracking number when sending items back to us. This will allow you to monitor the status of your return and assist our Customer Care team in verifying that your return has been received.
