Inner dresses are available in 2 colors for bundle package.
In addition, to achieve the perfect fit and desired look, upon request, we provide you with a welcoming bespoke tailoring service with each garment. Please provide information when ordering in custom order note by the product page or contact us directly.

Delivery
Shipping is FREE to GCC countries (UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman & Qatar), shipping to Non-GCC countries is at a fixed fee of USD 50.
We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Saturdays & Sundays and UAE Public Holidays.
If you ordered a product that needs to be shipped from our Indonesian Warehouse (back order) , please emails us on business@jivaterra.com
Same day delivery is available for UAE customer only with the exception of Saturdays & Sundays and UAE Public Holidays; all orders must be received by 12pm to secure this service.
Exchanges
All items can be exchanged for size and color except for sale items which are considered final sale. All items may be exchanged by requesting Customer Care within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to exchange an item in the UAE?
Simply send us an email at business@jivaterra.com requesting an exchange and we will arrange a free collection as well as delivery of your exchange item.
Refund Policy
If a customer is not happy with their purchase, they may obtain a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Satisfaction is always a top priority and as such each query is addressed individually to the best of our ability.
All refunds will be issued as coupon codes, which will be valid for 6 months. This will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.
Sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
